At Ease To Use $10,000 Grant To Lessen Stigma Surrounding Veteran Behavioral Health Needs

Lutheran Family Services' At Ease Program will use a $10,000 Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska grant to lessen the stigma surrounding veteran's mental health and to provide additional mental health services to veterans. The organization received the grant due to its focus on innovative mental health services offered to both veterans and students.

The At Ease Program offers free and confidential services to veterans, active-duty military personnel, and their loved ones to mend the lives of those suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental health struggles.
