At UMass Memorial, Clinical Professionals Bring Virtual Care To Infants

UMass Memorial Health System recently announced it is launching a new telemedicine program to provide greater access to neonatal intensive care clinical professionals in the regions of Leominster, Marlborough, and Worcester, Massachusetts. The announcement comes in response to the region’s lack of such services, with UMass Memorial Medical Center containing the only neonatal intensive care unit, despite there being several other community hospitals within the region.
