Atar Capital Acquires Pathways From Molina Healthcare, Inc.

Global private investment firm Atar Capital (Atar) recently announced it is acquiring Pathways Health and Community Support, LLC (Pathways) from Molina Healthcare, Inc. Pathways is one of the largest providers of accessible, outcome-based behavioral and mental health services in the United States.

Atar also announced it is appointing health care management executive Jill Winters as the CEO of Pathways. Ms. Winters brings her approximately 20 years of experience from working at UnitedHealthcare, where she served as President of the organization’s Medicare and Retirement Central Region, as well as chief field executive officer of its Medicare Solutions business.
