AtlantiCare Acquires John Brooks Recovery Center In Southern New Jersey

AtlantiCare and John Brooks Recovery Center (JBRC) finalized their agreement for AtlantiCare to acquire JBRC. JBRC will now be known as John Brooks Recovery Center, a member of AtlantiCare. The acquisition expands AtlantiCare’s mental health and addiction treatment service capacity. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The two organizations had signed a letter of intent on January 18, 2022.
