Aveanna Healthcare Acquires Pasadena-Based Health Care Service Company

Aveanna Healthcare (Aveanna) recently announced its acquisition of Pasadena, California-based Premier Healthcare Services, LLC (Premier). The financial terms of the purchase have not been disclosed.

According to statements from Aveanna leadership, the company anticipates that the transaction—which is expected to close in the second half of June—will open the doors for it to make moves into the California market.

Aveanna Healthcare is the United States’ largest provider of pediatric home health care, and currently has 180 locations in 23 states. Premier provides pediatric services throughout California, Colorado, and Texas.
