Avenues:The World School Cancels Plans To Build A Campus In Miami’s Little Haiti Neighborhood That Could Have Accommodated 2,500 Students
Private school operator Avenues: The World School (Avenues) “indefinitely suspended” plans to build a sprawling campus a $180 million, 15.7-acre private school campus in Miami, more than five years after acquiring the site. The site is north of the Miami Design District and just west of Miami’s waterfront Bay Point neighborhood, where home prices have reached record levels since COVID-19.
