AXA’s $155 Million Acquisition Of Maestro Health
Maestro Health (Maestro) was recently acquired by AXA for $155 million. The purchase is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2018.
The acquisition will help to further AXA’s payer-to-partner strategy, as it will have access to Maestro’s benefits platform, maestroEDGE—an all-in, technology-meets-service platform built to simplify, personalize, and optimize how consumers shop, enroll, and live with their benefits. As part of the acquisition, Maestro will keep its identity, mission, and team, while operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary of AXA.
