BayMark Health Services acquired San Antonio Recovery Center (SARC), which added two residential addiction treatment facilities to the BayMark continuum of care in Texas. SARC provides detoxification, residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP), as well as ongoing support through aftercare, alumni programs and transitional housing programs. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Through its various treatment brands, BayMark owns and operates 10 facilities in Texas. These facilities offer medication-assisted treatment and detoxification options for those with opioid use and other substance use disorders, including two opioid treatment programs in San Antonio and an outpatient detoxification unit . . .
