Beacon Specialized Living Acquires Hometown Senior Living
Beacon Specialized Living (Beacon), a residential behavioral health provider organization, acquired Hometown Senior Living, which operates assisted living and memory care communities in the greater Minneapolis area. Financial terms were not disclosed Beacon is backed by health care private equity firm Pharos Capital Group.
Hometown Senior Living operates seven assisted living and memory care communities located in small towns just east of Minneapolis, including one across the Mississippi River in Wisconsin. The communities have from eight to 12 units each.
