Behavioral Health Crisis Center Nears Debut In East Winston-Salem
A new behavioral health crisis center is opening soon in east Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In early April, The Cardinal Wellness Center is expected to open its doors, offering 24/7 crisis and urgent-care.
The 43,000-square-foot building will offer services such as community educational initiatives and support, and work space.
