Benchmarks & NC ONEcare Partner To Create ‘No Wrong Door’ System Of Health Care For Children & Families In North Carolina

Benchmarks, a large specialty health care provider association in North Carolina, partnered with NC ONEcare, LLC, a clinically integrated network (CIN) managed by Alera Health. The goal is to create a “no wrong door” system of quality care, by using analytics to ensure that families receive the integrated support and services they need. NC ONEcare operates an integrated network of primary/pediatric care, behavioral health, and foster care providers across the state. Alera Health, which provides population health management, technology, and data analytics solutions, will support the partnership through its Care Optimization Suite.
