Bergen New Bridge Medical Center Partners With NeuroFlow On Integrated Care Program  

New Jersey’s Bergen New Bridge Medical Center entered a partnership with behavioral health technology provider NeuroFlow. It will use NeuroFlow’s workflow tools to measure and manage population risk.;

The tools will be integrated into New Bridge’s ambulatory care settings to improve identification of behavioral health needs and more effectively allocate care resources. The partnership will begin with an initial focus on providing care team members with the ability to track and measure consumer progress in between appointments and improve resource allocation.;
