Bethesda Names New President And CEO
Mike Thirtle has been named new president and chief executive officer of Bethesda Lutheran Communities, a national support provider for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Mr. Thirtle joined Bethesda in September 2013 as vice president for strategy and information services and was later named executive vice president. He has served as Bethesda's interim president and CEO since September 2014 following the retirement of Bethesda's previous president and CEO, John E. Bauer.
