Behavioral Health Group (BHG) Acquires Two Georgia Addiction Treatment Centers

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) has acquired Private Clinic in Albany, Georgia and TLC Clinic in Tifton, Georgia. The acquisitions are the first Georgia-based locations for the company. BHG hopes to expand access to treatment by participating in Georgia Medicaid, implementing modern information systems, improving regulatory compliance, and expanding services to residents through training and capital.

Behavioral Health Group provides pharmaceutical treatment and detoxification services in a conventional outpatient setting.
