ARCH To Build Affordable Housing Units For Public School Employees To Enhance Staff Recruiting Efforts
Non-profit developer ARCH Community Housing Trust (ARCH) was selected by the Hailey City Council in Blaine County, Idaho to build five rental units for public school employees and their families. Construction on the affordable housing complex is anticipated to begin during the summer of 2023. ARCH will have a 99-year lease on the property.
