Care navigation and social care platform operator Blooming Health plans to scale its services to reach 2 million consumers by 2025. It announced the expansion as part of the 2024 Clinton Global Initiative annual meeting. ;

The company offers services in 17 states, including New York, California, Texas, Pennsylvania, Washington, Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Nevada, and Colorado. Its platform provides technology to allow community-based social care providers to remotely engage with consumers and address the needs of older adults and underserved populations. ;
