Blue Ridge Independence At Home To Open Its New PACE In September 2024 

Blue Ridge Independence at Home is set to open its Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) on September 1, 2024. The program, which will offer comprehensive community-based care for seniors, is operating in the northern Shenandoah Valley and northwestern Virginia. 

The PACE program offers adults age 55 and older medical and social supportive services so they can continue to live safely and independently in their homes and communities. It integrates preventive, primary, acute, and long-term health, and personal care services, including social activities in a supportive environment.
