BlueCross BlueShield NC Acquires FastMed’s North Carolina Locations

BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina has acquired all North Carolina-based locations of FastMed. The acquisition allows Blue Cross NC and FastMed, two North Carolina companies, to ensure access to quality, affordable care, especially in rural parts of the state where care can be limited. Any North Carolinian and those visiting the state, regardless of their health insurance or carrier, will have access to all FastMed locations.
