Bon Secours, Mercy Health To Merge & Create Fifth Largest Catholic Health System In The U.S.
Bon Secours and Mercy Health recently announced they are merging to create what will be the fifth largest Catholic Health System in the United States. The organizations estimate the newly formed entity will have $8 billion in net operating revenue, as well as $293 million in operating income.
Between the two merging organizations, the new system will serve more than 10 million consumers across 43 hospitals spanning seven states.
