Brain Power, an autism focused startup, recently raised 500% of its goal in a crowdfunding campaign on its first day. The first day amount was more money than any autism-related campaign has made in its full 30 or 60 days on IndieGoGo, the crowdfunding platform used for Brain Power’s campaign.
Brain Power’s trademark tool for consumers with autism is “Empower Me,” a digital coach that runs on smartglasses including google glass. The tool helps to empower children and adults with autism to learn social and cognitive skills and obtain better self-sufficiency.
Founded to address autism, Brain Power has evolved to offer tools and services for an expanding array of brain-related challenges. Included among these are wearable artificial intelligence systems to aid consumers with brain-related challenges.
