BrainsWay Completes Additional $6 Million Milestone-Based Investment In Neurolief Ltd. Following FDA Approval Of ProlivRx System For MDD

BrainsWay Ltd., which offers noninvasive neurostimulation treatments for mental health disorders, completed an additional $6 million milestone-based convertible loan to Neurolief Ltd. The investment was triggered by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) recent Premarket Approval of Neurolief's ProLivRx system to treat major depressive disorder (MDD), a milestone defined under the companies' August 2025 strategic investment agreement. The ProLivRx system is a wearable, non-invasive brain modulation system designed for home use as adjunctive treatment for adults with MDD who have not achieved adequate improvement from at least one prior antidepressant medication.
