Brightside Health Acquires Lionrock Recovery, Expands Treatment   

Brightside Health recently acquired Lionrock Recovery. In conjunction with the acquisition, Brightside launched virtual intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for substance use disorder (SUD). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.;;

Brightside Health’s solutions include personalized psychiatry, therapy, and crisis care for people with elevated suicide risk. The Lionrock Recovery acquisition will enable the company to offer treatment for a wider range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, alcohol use disorder, and SUD. 

Lionrock Recovery was founded in 2010. It was an early provider of virtual addiction counseling.
