Outpatient addiction treatment provider organization BrightView Health acquired Column Health, which also provides outpatient addiction treatment. Financial terms were not disclosed. Both are portfolio companies of Shore Capital Partners. All services will continue uninterrupted, and current staff will transition to the new brand.

Column Health, founded in 2016, has 12 clinics in Connecticut and Massachusetts that provide mental health and addiction treatment. It serves more than 2,200 people annually. Column Health has been a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners since 2020.
