Cadence Remote Care Management Platform Raises $41 Million & Launches Operations

Cadence, which provides a remote care management platform, launched operations with $41 million in funding led by General Catalyst and Thrive Capital. Cadence has established a founding partnership with LifePoint Health, a national health care company.
