California state officials have awarded $12,361,918 to a partnership in Humboldt County to build a Behavioral Health Crisis Triage Center in the city of Arcata. The partnership is among Humboldt County Behavioral Health, Mad River Community Hospital, Cal Poly Humboldt, and the City of Arcata.
