California’s Center For Human Services Begins Construction Of Behavioral Health Center in Modesto  

The Center for Human Services (CHS) in Stanislaus County, California, has begun construction on a new outpatient behavioral health center in Modesto. The facility will serve children, youth, and their families and is designed to address gaps in mental health and addiction treatment.;
