Canada’s TELUS Health Completes Acquisition Of Pharmacy Management Provider XD3 Solutions

TELUS Health, Canada’s largest Electronic Medical Records (EMR) provider and a leader in pharmacy management solutions, announced the completion of its acquisition of pharmacy management solution provider XD3 Solutions, which currently serves more than 150 Quebec-based pharmacies. The agreement includes the transition of XD3 employees and expertise to TELUS Health. The acquisition brings the total number of Canadian pharmacies using TELUS Health pharmacy solutions to 3,000.
