Capital Health & St. Francis Complete Acquisition, Merge Operations In Trenton, New Jersey

Capital Health assumed operation of St. Francis Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, on December 21, 2022, completing an acquisition that had been announced in January 2022. Financial terms were not disclosed. On December 8, 2022, Capital Health, St. Francis Medical Center, and Trinity Health announced that they had obtained key approvals from the State of New Jersey for Capital Health to take over services from St. Francis.
