Capital Rx Acquires Care Navigation Company Amino Health 

Capital Rx, Inc., an enterprise health technology company, acquired Amino Health and its comprehensive health navigation platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Amino Health platform will become the Capital Rx care navigation solution, Judi Care. John Asalone, chief executive officer of Amino Health, will join Capital Rx as executive vice president of Judi Care.;
