Capitol Pain Institute Acquires Wellspring Pain Solutions, Expands Midwest Footprint

Capitol Pain Institute (CPI) acquired Wellspring Pain Solutions (Wellspring) in Indiana, which expanded CPI’s footprint in the Midwest region. Financial terms were not disclosed. Prior to the acquisition, CPI operated clinics and ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs) across Texas, Ohio, and Kentucky, and seeks to create a national interventional pain management platform.

Wellspring serves multiple markets across Indiana including Bloomington, Batesville, Columbus, Greenwood, and Terre Haute. It is led by Jeffrey Beck, M.D., who will remain with the company.
