Cardinal Innovations Announces Two New Leadership Appointments

Cardinal Innovations Healthcare has named Dr. Ranota Hall as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. Hall will be responsible for strategic planning and medical oversight, and will work with Dr. Keith McCoy, recently appointed as Cardinal Innovations’ Chief Clinical Officer and Medical Director. Previously, Hall served as Medical Director of the North Carolina Medicaid account and Children’s Health Insurance Program at ValueOptions. Hall is certified in General and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
