Caregiver Inc. Acquired I/DD Assets From Two Indiana Provider Organizations

Caregiver Inc. acquired assets from two Indiana provider organizations to expand its operations in the state. In December 2021, it closed on the Bethesda Lutheran Communities (BLC) service line for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). In March 2022, it acquired the majority of the residential and community-based assets of Compass Residential & Consulting (CRC). Financial terms for these acquisitions were not disclosed.
