CareSource & Nomi Health Launch Partnership To Improve Health Access & Outcomes  

CareSource is partnering with Nomi Health on the launch of a new effort to close gaps in health care access and outcomes. The partnership is focused on CareSource’s Medicaid members in Georgia, Indiana, and Ohio.;

CareSource will identify members facing care barriers and connect them with Nomi. Nomi will orchestrate end-to-end care that integrates member engagement, telehealth-led provider access, data analytics, and reporting.
