Caring People Acquired By Private Equity Firm

Caring People has recently been acquired by Silver Oaks Service Partners LLC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Silver Oaks acquired a majority share of Caring People.

Caring People is the only home care company in Silver Oak’s portfolio. Together, they will target larger acquisitions, but not limited to only large acquisitions. There has been a recent interest in home care and Silver Oak is not the only private equity firm courting Caring People.
