Caro Community Hospital Acquired By McLaren Health Care

McLaren Health Care (McLaren) recently acquired Caro Community Hospital (Caro Community). Terms of the purchase have not yet been disclosed.

After over six months of negotiations, the acquisition will see Caro Community and its 24-bed critical access hospital staying firmly functional. After the acquisition, the hospital will continue to have its own board of trustees govern it, as well as local funding.
