Cascadia Healthcare Expands Portfolio To 15 Facilities

Cascadia Healthcare recently announced several transactions that have made it the largest post-acute care provider in Idaho. Among transactions and acquisitions, Cascadia of Nampa has recently opened the doors of a new 99-bed Transitional Care Facility.

The opening of the facility follows the completion of the final closing acquisition of a three-facility skilled nursing portfolio. Cascadia has also closed a two-stage acquisition of a seven-facility Idaho skilled nursing portfolio that was formerly operated by affiliates of Kindred Healthcare. Cascadia’s most recent acquisition was with CareTrust REIT.
