Catholic Care Center In Wichita, Kansas Opens 20-Bed Senior Behavioral Health Hospital

In June 2023, Catholic Care Center in Wichita, Kansas opened a 20-bed behavioral health hospital for older adults with mental health challenges due to memory problems and other neurological conditions. The facility, called St. Veronica Senior Behavioral Health, will serve current Catholic Care Center residents and the community. The hospital is designed for short stays of about 15 days, and will provide diagnosis, medication management, and group therapy.
