Centene, QualChoice Agree On Sale

Centene Corporation (Centene) recently announced it has entered a definitive agreement to acquire QualChoice Health Insurance (QualChoice). QualChoice is an Arkansas-based health insurance organization, and the second largest managed care company in the state.

According to statements from QualChoice leadership, the agreement will not alter any of the health insurer’s operations in the near future.
