Centerstone And Uspiritus To Merge At-Risk Youth Services
Centerstone Kentucky and Uspiritus have recently signed a letter or intent to merge. The goal of the merge is to leverage each other’s strengths to provide a longer, more efficient continuum of care.
With the unification of the two organization, they will combine their strengths to care for children transitioning from state custody into adulthood. Once the merge is complete, Centerstone Kentucky will have 1,800 employees and serve 80 counties that provide services to nearly 36,000 people annually. Uspiritus will change its name to Centerstone once the merge is complete.
