Cerebra Closes Round Of Financing With $2.5 Million

Cerebra Health recently announced that they completed a private round of financing with $2.5 million and the acquisition of Younes Medical Technologies Ltd. (YMT). Cerebra is a digital health-tech company focused on the diagnosis of sleep disorders.

As part of the transaction, Cerebra will acquire YMT’s portable PRODIGY sleep monitor and the worldwide MICHELLE SLEEP SCORING system. Cerebra’s business model uses digital sleep analysis technologies to improve the diagnosis and treatment for sleeping disorders. Cerebra will continue to work with Dr. Younes, founder of YMT.
