Chicago Scots To Use $14 Million Gift To Realign Mission, Focus On Senior Care 

Chicago Scots, an Illinois non-profit organization that operates the 106-bed Caledonia Senior Living & Memory Care facility in North Riverside, received a gift of $14 million gift from The Negaunee Foundation. The organization said it would use the funds to transform its legacy building and launch a program to meet the future needs of Chicago’s senior population. 

The Caledonia Senior Living & Memory Care community is on a five-acre property and is Chicago Scots’ main charitable purpose. Chicago Scots said it will collaborate with the Alford Group on its transformation plans.;;
