Child’s Play Therapy Services Partners With Proficio Therapy Services

Proficio Therapy Services, a management services company supporting pediatric therapy organizations, has entered a partnership with Child's Play Therapy Services, a pediatric occupational therapy practice that also offers speech therapy services. The Braff Group advised Child's Play Therapy Services on the transaction. The financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

Under the arrangement, Child's Play will retain full clinical independence while operating within Proficios broader network. The partnership adds occupational therapy services across Proficio-affiliated clinics in California and Utah, bringing the total number of clinics in the network to 12, with four more openings planned . . .
