Cindy Gillespie Named New Director Of Department Of Human Services
Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson announced that Cindy Gillespie, former health care advisor to former Governor and Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney, would be starting as the new Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) director on March 1. Gillespie served as a senior advisor to former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney. Gillespie also served as a senior executive for the not-for-profit Salt Lake Olympic Committee, responsible for hosting the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympic Winter Games and as a director at the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, the non-profit hosting the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.
