Civitas Solutions Acquires Unique Options

Civitas Solutions, Inc. (Civitas) recently announced it has acquired Unique Options, LLC (Unique Options). Unique Options provides vocational rehabilitation services to consumers in Michigan who suffer from sustained traumatic brain injuries.

Unique Options, which generates about $5 million in annual revenue, serves over 100 individuals in the Detroit area, granting Civitas a strengthened foothold in the state. Specifically, the company’s Specialty Rehabilitation Services (SRS) segment will benefit from the purchase.
