Class-action Lawsuit Against UPMC Thrown Out

Judge R. Stanton Wettick Jr. of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, threw out two claims in a class-action lawsuit against the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) regarding a data breach that affected 62,000 current and former employees.
