CleanSlate To Relocate Headquarters From Massachusetts To Nashville, Tennessee

CleanSlate Centers (CleanSlate) is relocating its headquarters from Northampton, Massachusetts to Nashville, Tennessee. The move from western Massachusetts will put the 8-year old company closer to other health care services companies and talent. The move will happen in the fall of 2017.

CleanSlate is a national medical group leader in providing treatment for the chronic disease of addiction, primarily opioid and alcohol use disorders.
