Clearmind Medicine & Yissum File Patent For Psychedelic Compounds To Treat PTSD

Clearmind Medicine applied for a patent to cover innovative psychedelic compounds. This submission is part of Clearmind's ongoing collaboration with Yissum Research Development Company of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. ‍ 

The patent application covers compounds designed to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental health conditions. The compounds were invented by Rami Yaka, Ahmed Masaewa, and Avi Priel of the Hebrew University 

‍Clearmind was founded in 2016. It is focused on the discovery and development of novel psychedelic-derived therapeutics to treat health problems including alcohol use disorder.
