Clearview Capital Invests In New OTP Platform

Clearview Capital Fund III (Clearview) recently acquired opioid treatment program (OTP) Community Medical Services Holdings (Community Medical). The purchase of the Arizona-based OTP adds 14 treatment centers to Clearview.

Community Medical currently serves more than 4,000 consumers throughout four states, as well as operates the nation’s first 24-hour OTP. It is anticipated that the company will continue to expand its reach and services. As part of the acquisition—which went into effect as of March 30—Nick Stavros, the CEO of Community Medical, will maintain ownership and continue leading the management team.
