Clearwater Living Expands In Texas With 220-Unit Acquisition  

Clearwater Living, which owns and operates senior living communities, acquired an assisted living and memory support community in Houston, Texas. It rebranded the 220-unit Watermark at Houston Heights as Clearwater at The Heights.;

The facility includes 201 independent or assisted living residences and 19 memory care apartments. Clearwater said its facilities have an on-site nurse and offer medication coordination.
