Clover Health Launches Counterpart Health Clinical Decision Solution For External Payers & Providers 

Health technology company Clover Health Investments has made its Clover Assistant clinical decision tool available for external payers and providers. The solution is available under the brand name Counterpart Assistant (CA) from Clover Health subsidiary Counterpart Health. 

The company said CA will be available to support health care provider organizations outside Clover Health's Medicare Advantage plan. It will employ a hybrid software-as-a-solution and shared-savings model, with options for full capitation.
